Hello, I'm Farah and I’m currently based in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
There is an ephemeral space—a sweet spot—between documenting real life and directing it. This is where I aspire to be.
I was born in West Germany in 1985 to a Saudi father and a German mother and raised in Saudi Arabia.
During girlhood I photographed my Barbies and Kens. Eventually and thankfully, I evolved to taking pictures of friends and life around me. Now I focus on portraits, documentary and lifestyle.
I also fulfill commissions for weddings and family photoshoots at home or on location. To preserve the privacy of my clients, these photos are not viewable here on my public portfolio.
